Temporary Order Processing Update

Please note that orders placed between July 16 and August 11, 2026 will not be processed or shipped during this period.

Order processing will resume on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, and all orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Canada):
We offer shipping across Canada via UPS with flat-rate shipping based on the destination province. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Zones & Rates:

Flat-Rate Shipping: We have set flat-rate shipping rates for each province within Canada. The applicable rate will be displayed during checkout based on your shipping address.
Remote Areas: For some remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional shipping charges may apply due to the nature of the delivery service. If your order falls into one of these areas, we will contact you to confirm any necessary adjustments before processing your order.

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on orders over $1000 within Canada (excluding remote areas where additional shipping fees may apply).

Shipping to the US:
We do offer shipping to the United States on a case by case basis, but please note that US orders must be processed directly through our store via telephone. Contact us at 1(450)-686-0026 to arrange your US order.

Order Processing & Delivery Times:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Standard shipping times typically range from 1-5 business days for Canadian destinations. For remote locations, delivery may take additional time, and we will provide updated delivery timeframes if necessary.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, which can be used to track your package via UPS.
