The Seiko Presage SSA781J1 Cocktail time STAR BAR Limited Edition is inspired by the original cocktail created by Mr. Kishi of Star Bar, the "Honeycomb" which is made with the honey from bees farmed in Ginza. Which is where the watch takes its honeycomb motif from. The dial color is inspired by the "Honeycomb" cocktail color. The watch also comes with an additional strap option that is interchangeable making it easy to use.
